In Central Asia there is a stunning country enclosed by the Tien Shan and Pamir Alay mountain systems. This is the country of Kyrgyzstan or how it is known the land of contrasts. Kyrgyzstan or officially the Kyrgyz republic is sovereign democratic republic based on the principals of legal secure state with population more than 5 million people. The state language is Kyrgyz, Russian language is an official language used in interethnical communication.
Kyrgyzstan is gorgeous mountainous country. It shares borders with Kazakhstan on the north, Uzbekistan on south Tajikistan on the south west and China on the south east. The total area of the country is 198,500 square kilometers and 93% of country is covered by high mountains ranges the quarter of them are covered with different coniferous forests. The average height is 2750 meters asl. Our country is proud of high mountains, blue-sky lakes and charming towns and villages full of culture and history. Kyrgyzstan has been bestowed with a fantastic array nature and our people try to revere and keep it. You will be able to enjoy this unique ecosystem which still has its pristine view.
The capital of Kyrgyzstan is Bishkek; it is a young city with only 132 years history. The Bishkek city is a political, financial cultural and scientific centre of the country .The population is more than one million people. It is located in central part of Chui valley in the foot hills of Kyrgyz range, on an altitude about 700 meters asl. Yet it's one of the greenest cities in Central Asia.
Kyrgyzstan got its independency on the 31st of August in 1991. Now it is our Independence Day.
