Issyk Ata gorge

Issyk Ata is famous for it thermal springs that flow all over the slopes of its mountains. It takes just two hours to get there. It is a gorgeous gorge and you can have a light track to a mountain waterfall. A small pass will bring you to it. After it you can have a picnic nearby. Also as an option you can go to an open swimming pool with mineral hot springs. You can swim there and enjoy the view of scenic mountains around!

 

Program:

9.00 a.m.    You will be picked up by your tour guide at hotel.

11.00 a.m. This is the time when we are supposed to arrive at Yssyk Ata gorge. This name stands for Hot Spring because of the curative mineral water that is beleived to be useful for your health. There was built a special resort to treat people with hot springs. The resort is still open and welcomes all visitors with its pleasant swimming pool and mineral water.

11.20 a.m.   We begin our short track to the waterfall. On the way we will see the image of Budda that was engraved on a big stone dating back 1000 years old. The thing is that in  past time many different  people came to this place to pray. This place even today considered to be a sacred place.

1.30 p.m.     We are supposed to reach the waterfall

2.00 p.m.     Picnic time

4.00 p.m.     It's time for you to go back to hotel.
